Paul Norris

Paul has been in the construction and development industry for over 45 years having obtained an HNC and diploma in the mechanical and electrical sector and began his career with a building services company Haden and Young based in London.

Progressed his career over several years to a position of project manager with the John Lainggroup on the channel tunnel project with responsibilities of procurement along with project operations, programming, and conformity.

Following on from this Paul turned his attention to his own residential company, successfully providing several small developments in West Sussex with an estimated GDV of 3.8 million.

Then using his expertise in construction and operations was offered an opportunity to create a company using modern forms of construction with the use of volumetric modular systems as operations manager.

With the wealth of knowledge that Paul has gained on construction, procurement and commercially, Paul began a new path with Terrapura keeping with the modern forms of construction and tasked with creating a brand and system for many years to come.
