As Project Manager for TerraPura, Phil is an experienced Building Surveyor with a long career spanning over 28 years in the building sector. He leads the construction development side of the business and takes an active role in project delivery. Phil has gained a wealth of experience within his professional roles in both the public and private sectors. His particular expertise is adaptation, design and Building Control having worked for various local authority departments and private practice within the southern region. Phil was Associate Director for a small architectural practice and instrumental in setting this up before running his own consultancy and design practice and then joining TerraPura. When Phil is not working on projects, he can be found caring for his family, trading vintage audio or attending classic car rallies.
